Job Summary:
We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our San Diego, California location to support our growing e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of products, utilizing warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position is vital to our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating to meet daily targets and upholding company standards for quality and efficiency. Strict adherence to safety procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE, and safe manual handling techniques, including lifting, is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Inspect products for quality control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.
  • Follow all logistics and safety protocols.
  • Perform tasks involving regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and perform lifting duties.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
