Join our team in Portland, Oregon as an Inventory Control Specialist. This vital position focuses on maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system. You will conduct regular cycle counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and help implement improvements to our warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a dedication to safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities include reconciling stock levels, analyzing inventory data, and collaborating with logistics and operations staff to ensure optimal stock availability. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, organized, and can work independently to achieve inventory accuracy goals. Expect to utilize warehouse technology and systems to track and manage inventory effectively. While direct physical labor may be less frequent, understanding of the demands of warehouse operations, including potential lifting, is beneficial. Compliance with all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable.
