Exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our logistics team and contribute to our efficient order fulfillment process. You'll be responsible for accurately selecting products from our inventory and preparing them for shipment. This role demands precision, speed, and a strong commitment to Safety. As a vital part of our supply chain, you'll ensure our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. If you enjoy a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a stable career, this is the position for you. Proper Lifting techniques and the consistent use of PPE are critical for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities for each order.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding warehouse area.
- Follow all warehouse Safety rules and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties, such as receiving or inventory checks, to support overall logistics.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
- Participate actively in team efforts to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capable of performing moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs, on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
