Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Transport materials between different departments and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Support the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts (certification a plus).
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 50 lbs, and other physically demanding tasks.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and wearing PPE.
