Become a vital part of our fulfillment center in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role involves a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as assisting with inventory management. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals who are committed to accuracy and efficiency. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll contribute directly to our customers' satisfaction by ensuring their orders are processed correctly and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any operational issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Ensure correct use of all required PPE during shifts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong work ethic and reliability. Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics concepts. A commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines is mandatory. This is a key role in our daily operations.
