We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our bustling facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the handling of goods from receipt through to shipment. Key responsibilities include stocking shelves, picking orders accurately, packing items securely, and loading outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. This position requires physical capability for frequent Lifting, and you will be trained on safe lifting techniques. Your safety is our priority, and you will be provided with and required to wear appropriate PPE. Working as part of a team is essential, and you will collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and uphold our high standards. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures is mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to contribute to our successful logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize, and store inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all Safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Handle materials and perform Lifting tasks with care.
- Contribute to team efforts and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Capacity for routine Lifting.
- Knowledge of basic inventory and logistics principles.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
