Seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently, making you a key player in our Logistics chain. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately locating, picking, and preparing items for shipment based on order tickets. Maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to all Safety procedures are paramount. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order lists to ensure accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of picking areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other order fulfillment equipment safely.
- Meet performance targets for picking speed and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets and product labels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety rules and regulations.
