Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and participate in stock counts as required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts if certified.
- Support overall logistics efficiency through diligent work and teamwork.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus, but not required for dedicated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse functions.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the correct use of required PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
