Join our dynamic warehouse team in sunny San Diego, California, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our facility. This role is hands-on and involves a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, order picking and packing, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be an integral part of our Logistics operations, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is paramount, and we provide all necessary PPE and ongoing training. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting .
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers with care and efficiency.
- Organize inventory within the warehouse to maintain efficient storage and accessibility.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas, including aisles and dock doors.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE .
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational demands.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks involving Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Safety procedures.
- Proficiency in using required PPE .
- Physical capability to handle frequent Lifting and manual tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Experience in the Logistics industry is a plus.
