- Preparation, distribution, and control of project documentation
- Review specifications for submittal requirements
- Obtain the proper bonding and insurance as required by projects
- Manage all finance-related paperwork associated with a project
- Prepare monthly billings to clients
- Review and approval of shop drawing
- Coordination of SI/CCN/CD between trades
- Keep drawing markups current
- Attending project meetings as required
- Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals
- Assist the Estimating department in the closing of tenders
- Post-secondary education focusing on the construction industry
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel and Word)
- Highly organized
- Strong communicator including strong reading/writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to set priorities to enable successful performance
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and provide recommendations
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with Procore would be considered an asset
