Overview:
Helinet Aviation is seeking a high-performing Operations Sales Manager to drive growth in our helicopter air medical and charter sales operations. This is a key role responsible for managing key accounts, revenue growth and overseeing internal sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and results-driven-with a passion for strong relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth Initiatives
  • Drive new sales for medical and charter helicopter transportation services across the Western U.S.
  • Develop new business opportunities by targeting hospitals, transplant programs, jet brokers, luxury travel agents, and concierge services.
  • Attend medical and industry-specific conferences to promote Helinet's services and expand market presence.
  • Create and implement outreach strategies to grow market share in both charter and medical verticals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with jet operators to handle the capacity of growing business.
  • Stay up to date on medical industry trends and devices used in organ transportation.

Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key medical clients-especially transplant coordinators and hospital program managers.
  • Conduct regular in-person hospital visits to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure all charter customers receive top-tier, VIP-level service from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up.
  • Ensure quality metrics data and program reviews are sent out monthly to all hospital clients.

Team Oversight
  • Promote seamless coordination between sales and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key jet and vehicle partners and seek out new opportunities for collaboration.
