APU Manager

Qualifications Engineering degree (Electronics, Industrial, Electrical, or similar) 5+ years experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT, THT, assembly, test) Leadership experience managing shopfloor teams Strong knowledge of electronics processes (SMT, ICT/FCT, ESD, IPC standards) Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools Ability to manage KPIs (SQDC, OEE, scrap, yield) Structured problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, PDCA) Good communication skills in English (German/French a plus) Responsibilities Ensure daily achievement of SQDC targets (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Manage SMT, test, and post SMT flows to meet production demand Lead and develop team leaders and operators on the shopfloor Ensure product quality (IPC standards, ICT, ESD compliance) Drive continuous improvement (Lean, OEE, scrap reduction, yield improvement Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics Support NPI, ramp-up, and series production stability Monitor KPIs and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions The contacts for this job offer HRB-Tunisia E-mail:
