We're seeking an energetic and results-driven
Technical Recruiter

You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across roles such as Software Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and more. What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft strategic, proactive sourcing plans.
• Identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, events, job boards, etc.).
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Avride, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective talent.
• Partner with third-party agencies as needed.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of
  full-cycle technical recruitment experience
  , ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency settings.
• Deep knowledge of
  technical roles
  and
  modern technologies
  (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps).
• Proven ability to
  creatively source
  passive candidates and close them in a competitive market.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
• Self-starter
  with a startup mentality: you're resourceful, enthusiastic, adaptable, and thrive without a playbook.
• Passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.

• Experience recruiting for C++ and machine learning engineers.
• Passion for robotics, autonomy, ML.
