Service Advisor – Automotive Repair (4-Day Work Week / No Weekends)

Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000+ per year (Depending on Experience and Performance)

Hours are 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
We are CLOSED Friday, Saturday, and Sunday because work-life balance matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle needs
• Document concerns and create accurate repair estimates using advanced shop software
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure clear understanding of repair requirements
• Process work orders and track repair progress from start to finish
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding updates and recommendations
• Promote services and maintenance items that improve vehicle safety and reliability
• Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions
• Provide a best-in-class customer service experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or related role
• Working knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software platforms
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to grow professionally
