Responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning and execution partnership to Family of Apps (FoA) + Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) HR leadership and HRBP's to successfully drive People@ program priorities
- Provide end-to-end Project/Program Management partnership to FoA + MSL HRBPs on both business as usual People priority program areas as well as any prioritized projects and programs as they surface
- Provide 1:1 partnership to HRVP on HRBP organization management, high-priority initiatives and support in the running of their HRBP org
- Lean in to supporting the broader HRBP-Enablement organization by driving additional identified high-priority projects when needs arise
- Leverage subject matter and business context with an anticipatory approach to identify opportunities for solving complex business and people problems, as well as driving efficiencies, continuous improvements, and increased consistency
- Responsible for change management enablement for all key projects and initiatives owned
- Leverage systems thinking to own core project deliverables, documentation, note taking, scheduling, actively managing follow-ups from key meetings, tracking to milestones/risks/issues, tracking decisions, managing stakeholders and connecting the dots between initiatives/priorities
- Partner with people analytics to provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, leveraging these to identify opportunities and recommendations for new tactics, operational improvements, etc
- Remain current with emerging AI tools and leveraging those to drive efficiencies, optimization and innovation in all we do
- 10+ years of HR project and program management, organizational change management, and/or HR Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated experience in building successful working partnerships and influencing cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with core HR functions, processes, employee lifecycle, and change management concepts
- Proven skills and experience in project management and change management
- Skilled in creating structure and clarity from complex, ambiguous situations, and quickly assesses situations, prioritizes issues, and makes solid decisions under pressure
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Google Tools Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with minimal manager input
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with the capacity to be agile in approach
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, synthesizing, and leveraging people data to draw insights, inform decision-making, and drive solutions forward
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to drive efficiencies for yourself and others throughout project strategy, planning and execution lifecycle
- BA/BS degree in HR, business, organizational design, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- HR Business Partner experience
- Chief of staff or business lead experience
- Understanding of use of AI in project and program management
