About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Kitchen Staff member to join our team at a busy wedding venue. This role supports food preparation and service for weddings and special events, ensuring high-quality execution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, plating, and basic cooking as directed
• Support event service for weddings and private events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after events
• Work collaboratively with chefs, servers, and event staff
• Perform dishwashing and other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements

• Basic kitchen, knife skills, and food service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Availability to work weekends and evenings

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
