Servers & Bartenders

Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic servers and bartenders to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a FOH employee, you will be responsible for engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their dining experience.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/FOH area, including sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist in training new servers, bartenders and other bar staff as required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of food handling standards and sanitation practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A background in sales or hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
