Master Production Scheduling & Order Management
Develop, publish, and maintain the master production schedule for multiple panel shop production lanes and related production areas.
Translate customer orders, project milestones, and demand signals into executable production plans.
Sequence and prioritize work orders to meet committed ship dates while optimizing shop flow and minimizing disruption.
Manage schedule changes resulting from rush orders, engineering changes, or material constraints.
Capacity Planning & Load Balancing

Materials & Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate closely with Purchasing to ensure material availability aligns with the production schedule, with specific attention to long-lead times and suppliers with poor performance.
Identify material shortages or risks early and adjust schedules or priorities to minimize downtime and partial builds.
Support effective WIP control and inventory utilization.
Engineering & Change Control Interface
Partner with Engineering to ensure BOMs, drawings, and documentation are released accurately and on time to support production.
Assess and manage the impact of engineering change orders (ECOs) on active and future schedules.
Adjust production plans as required to reflect design changes while minimizing disruption.
Production Execution & Schedule Control
Release work orders to the shop floor in alignment with material readiness, labor availability, and inspection capacity.
Track daily production progress against the schedule; identify disruptions, constraints, and root causes.
Re-plan and communicate schedule adjustments clearly to all stakeholders.
SIOP / Planning Processes & KPIs
Participate in the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process by providing schedule, capacity utilization, performance data and meeting documentation support.
Work with the Panel Shop Manager and cross-functional partners to define, track, and report KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, cycle time, and WIP.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and production flow.
Systems, Data & Best Practices
Maintain accurate scheduling data within ERP/MRP and related planning systems.
Establish, document, and continuously improve production planning and scheduling best practices across Kele.
Ensure routings, lead times, and labor assumptions are accurate and reflect current shop conditions.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a primary point of contact for Sales, Panel Engineering, and Operations teams regarding production schedules and delivery commitments.
Coordinate schedules across multiple local facilities as required.
