Full Stack Developer (AI-Enabled Problem Solver)

About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who actively uses AI tools to code faster, think through edge
cases, and find practical solutions for real-world website and user scenarios. You'll support and improve
a social networking platform and live webcam experiences by diagnosing issues, improving reliability
and performance, and exploring new technologies when the current approach isn't meeting
expectations.

What You Will Do

• Use AI-assisted coding tools to implement fixes, improvements, refactors, and automation
• Investigate user-reported website issues and convert them into clear technical approaches and
  resolutions
• Diagnose and resolve problems across front-end, backend services, and data systems
• Support live webcam / streaming related flows by troubleshooting reliability and quality issues
• Improve observability: logs, metrics, alerting signals, and dashboards to understand site health
• Explore and evaluate new technologies (frameworks, databases, monitoring tools) to address
  current platform problems
• Improve security and abuse prevention foundations through pragmatic engineering changes
  (rate limits, validations, auditing, etc.)
• Document findings and solutions so the team can repeat outcomes and reduce recurring
  incidents

What We Are Looking For
Required

• Strong full stack experience supporting production web systems
• Solid backend experience in one or more stacks , Python, Java, or Go)Solid front-end experience building and maintaining modern web UIs (React preferred)
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems (API layers, caching, databases, async jobs)
• Experience using AI tools for coding and analysis while maintaining secure, high-quality output
• Comfortable working with ambiguous user cases and turning them into actionable engineering
  work
• Participation in on-call rotation may be required depending on responsibilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with live streaming systems or protocols (WebRTC, RTMP, HLS, FFmpeg, Wowza,
  etc.)
• Experience with databases beyond the "standard stack" (search engines, vector DBs, queueing
  systems)
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, New Relic, etc.)
• DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes)
• Experience improving site stability, performance, and incident response processes

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical
  experience
• Advanced degree is a plus, but not required

Annual Salary Range $ $110K-$134K
