Personal Trainer — Bell Fitness (Faith-Centered, Growth-Focused Gym)

Location: Onsite, with limited travel for select clients

Compensation: $20/hour + bonuses, raises, incentives

Job Type: Part-time to full-time opportunity

Bell Fitness is a faith-centered training company focused on helping people transform physically, mentally, and spiritually. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Personal Trainer who loves people, values growth, and brings positive energy to every session.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead safe, effective 60-minute personal training sessions
  • Create and track individualized training programs
  • Encourage clients through discipline, accountability, and positivity
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and leadership
  • Document progress, session notes, and attendance as needed
  • Arrive prepared and 10 minutes early to sessions
  • Travel occasionally for designated clients (stipend provided)
  • Represent Bell Fitness' values inside and outside the gym
  • Support client retention, consistency, and long-term success

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience in personal training, coaching, or athletics (preferred)
  • Friendly, patient, and coachable personality
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual
  • Ability to motivate clients and lead by example
  • Certification is a plus (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) — not required if experienced

Compensation & Growth

  • $20 per hour (all sessions are paid, 60 minutes each)
  • Travel stipend for select clients
  • Raises for every 2 new clients retained
  • Client milestone bonuses
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • Bonus for clients who sign 3-month commitments

  • Recurring weekly client schedule
