Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a key member of our establishment, you will craft beverages, serve customers, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly valued. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and familiarity with POS systems such as Skytab . The successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a genuine interest in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Skytab
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to safety policies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service during events such as banquets or catering functions
• Uphold all food safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service
• Assist in setting up for special events or private parties, including catering arrangements

Skills

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
• Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, or special event hours as needed
• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions
