Feng Cha is seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Manager to support daily store operations and lead the team during assigned shifts. If you enjoy leadership, take pride in operational excellence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit.

At Feng Cha, we focus on more than just drinks—we create a warm, welcoming teahouse experience for our guests. As a Shift Manager, you will help ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a positive team culture while working alongside baristas on the floor.

• Lead and support the team during assigned shifts
• Ensure quality, speed, and consistency of drinks and service
• Assist customers and handle guest concerns professionally
• Train and coach baristas during shifts as needed
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with store management
• Step in where needed to support the team and daily operations

• Pay: $14–$18/hour (including tips; varies by experience and shift)

• Passion for milk tea, tea culture, or food & beverage culture
• Leadership or food service experience preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to ~40 lbs
• Availability for day and/or night shifts
