What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or another membership-based or recurring-revenue environment
  • Proven success in sales, subscriptions, memberships, or program enrollment
  • Prior leadership, lead, or management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coach peers, enforce standards, and handle difficult conversations
  • Comfortable working in a metric-driven, performance-accountable environment
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong work ethic

What You'll Do:

  • Drive membership sales, guest conversion, and member retention through consultative selling
  • Assess client needs, recommend appropriate services, and consistently ask for the sale
  • Deliver and model five-star service to all clients, team members, and vendors
  • Resolve client concerns professionally while protecting policies and brand standards
  • Promote MassageLuXe positively in all interactions and communications
  • Execute all MassageLuXe policies, procedures, and programs consistently
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, facilities, and equipment functionality
  • Assist with daily cash management, deposits, and banking procedures
  • Ensure mandated hours of operation and immediate response to operational phone calls
  • Assist the General Manager with scheduling, coverage, and time-clock accuracy
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of front desk and spa staff
  • Motivate, educate, and hold staff accountable to daily sales goals and monthly revenue targets
  • Assist in preparing the spa for inspections and operational audits
  • Learn and perform all duties of the General Manager as part of leadership development
