Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Ole's Big Game Steakhouse. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our culinary team can deliver exceptional meals to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.
• Ensure all utensils and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean working environment.
• Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
