Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscapes
• Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery upkeep
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators for various landscaping projects
• Support hardscape installation efforts including patio paving, retaining walls, walkways, and other stonework
• Conduct irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal watering efficiency
• Carry out snow plowing and removal during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and efficiency during all tasks

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction
• Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or similar equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and health assessment
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols in outdoor environments
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and snow plowing
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
