Position Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role supports overall business functionality and assists in creating a productive atmosphere for team members. The position requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations, including facilities, equipment, and supply management
- Coordinate office communications and updates related to operational matters
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
- Assist with planning and logistics for meetings and events
- Maintain records, schedules, and administrative systems
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor budgets for office-related expenses
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with common office software and tools
Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
