The Training Operations & Compliance Lead plays a critical role in ensuring all organizational training programs—including CEU requirements—are executed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with state and internal standards. This role will oversee end-to-end training operations, track compliance for all staff, and maintain momentum during high-volume training periods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to proactively identify gaps, streamline processes, and support both field and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the coordination, scheduling, and execution of all mandatory company and state-required trainings, including 1-year CEU requirements and certifications.
- Maintain real-time tracking of training compliance status, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely follow-up with staff and supervisors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all training-related inquiries, updates, and escalations.
- Partner with supervisors, program leads, and HR to ensure employees complete required trainings before deadlines.
- Monitor the progress of active training cycles to maintain momentum and avoid compliance gaps during critical periods.
- Update and maintain training systems, databases, and internal logs to ensure clean, organized audit-ready documentation.
- Assist in evaluating and improving training processes, identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Support onboarding training coordination for new hires as required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports for leadership.
- Ensure all training materials, certifications, and documents meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with external training partners, vendors, and certifying organizations when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, compliance, administrative operations, or related roles.
- Experience in social services, behavioral health, or care-focused organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with CEU requirements or regulatory training systems is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking.
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS/LMS platforms, or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
