Are you an experienced dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Marvel Dental – Burleson is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about patient care, organized, and ready to help lead a growing, high-energy office

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. A minimum of 1 year DENTAL office experience is required. What You'll Be Doing:

• Confidently present treatment plans to patients
• Discuss financial options and assist with next steps
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office flow and patient scheduling
• Help increase case acceptance and complete follow-up calls
• Manage and update patient records and necessary documentation
• Be a warm, professional, and dependable point of contact
• Work closely with front and clinical staff to maintain efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (treatment coordinator or front desk)
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
• Experience with dental software (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
