Senior Application Engineering Manager

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineering Manager to join a global leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry. This leadership role will focus on developing advanced adhesive solutions, supporting key consumer electronics customers, and leading a high-performing engineering team in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering team supporting top-tier customer accounts in the consumer electronics market.
• Develop innovative adhesive materials, films, tapes, and application processes to enable best-in-class product solutions.
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
• Mentor team members and support long-term career growth and succession planning.
• Manage departmental capital expenditures (CapEx) and drive continuous improvement of laboratory capabilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee engineering laboratories, workflow assignments, project prioritization, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and industry/customer specifications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support customer, internal, and market-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience with adhesives, films, or tapes
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Experience with FEA, CAD, or flow modeling preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150, $180,000.00 per year
