Kitchen Staff (Cooks, Line & Food Prep, Dishwashers, Busboys, Dumpling & Duck Preparation)

Location: 3310 Dallas Parkway, Suite 121, Plano, TX 75093

Positions Available

• Cooks (Line & Prep) – Assist in daily food preparation, wok cooking, frying, and hot line support.
• Food Prep Staff – Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and assist as required in all BOH duties.
• Specialty Prep (Dumplings & Duck) – Hand-making dumplings, buns, and assisting with Peking duck preparation.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Work as a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist chefs with specialty prep (dumplings, duck, sauces, etc.).
• Uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required (we provide training). As long as you're willing to learn and are passionate about growing in this field.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Mandarin a plus
• Wok Skills a plus

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
