The Role

The
Associate Buyer
will support purchasing, vendor management, and demand planning across multiple supplier relationships. This role is ideal for a
detail-oriented professional
with strong analytical skills who wants to grow within a supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned packaging or materials vendors.
  • Place and track purchase orders; ensure
    on-time, in-full (OTIF)
    delivery performance.
  • Partner with demand planning and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify
    cost-saving
    and
    process-improvement
    opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DemandCaster highly preferred).
  • Support product launches through early demand forecasting and supplier coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in purchasing, procurement, or inventory planning (manufacturing or CPG preferred).
  • Proficiency with
    ERP and demand-planning systems
    — NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Strong Excel and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills.
  • Must be local to the Atlanta metro area
    — this is an
    on-site role (not remote or hybrid)
    .
