Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Employment Type: (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: On-site, NYC Financial District

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to support the Director of Operations across multiple areas of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, can anticipate needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while providing administrative, operational, and HR-related support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Operations, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and internal communications
  • Support business operations by organizing workflows, maintaining records, and assisting with process improvements
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, trainings, and team activities
  • Manage administrative tasks including correspondence, data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and assist with cross-department coordination
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures
  • Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support business needs

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or HR support roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; HRIS experience a plus
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Legal background experience is a plus
