CSA Superintendent

Civil / Structural / Architectural Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and equipment allocation.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to Project Manager.
• Resolve on-site technical and coordination problems.
• Lead safety toolbox meetings and enforce site regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
• Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with ability to manage subcontractors.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and reporting systems.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment.
