Overview:
Backed by a leading Chinese manufacturer, GLASSTYLE INC. is a locally operated U.S. company focused on delivering high-quality bathroom products with American-based warehousing and customer support. GLASSTYLE INC. is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to expand our presence across the Southeastern U.S. market. The role involves both prospecting and relationship management with a focus on building strong B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person sales visits to showers wholesalers, general contractors, and remodelers,etc.
Present company product line (shower bases, wall panels) with samples, catalogs, and pricing sheets.
Actively prospect new accounts through local outreach, cold visits, trade associations, and referrals.
Follow up on leads from HQ sales coordinators and convert into accounts.Build strong relationships with B2B/B2C clients.
Participate in exhibition, trade shows, industry meetups, and promotional events. Gather market intelligence: pricing, competitors, buying behavior, and trends.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after Sales. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Report activity, feedback, and forecasts to management.Regularly report on customer requirements, needs, grievances, preferences to transform them into products.
Requirements:
experiences in sales (preferably building materials, bath/kitchen, or construction supply).
Strong sales skills with excellent communication (verbal and written) , presentation, and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to endure work at odd hours. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality for new business. Self-starter, able to work independently and meet targets.
Physical ability to carry product samples and demo kits.
Legal & Compliance Requirements
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (e.g., citizen, or green card);
Must adhere to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules prohibiting false or deceptive marketing claims.
All product claims, pricing, and promotions must be truthful and substantiated.
Valid driver's license and clean record for field sales roles;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling shower-related products (e.g., shower bases, wall panels) is highly preferred;
- Existing customer resources in related industries, such as building material wholesalers, renovation contractors, showrooms, or developers, is a strong advantage;
- Experience with showroom sales or managing dealer/distributor networks is a plus;
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + performance-based commission.
Workers' Compensation
Fuel/travel reimbursement or monthly car allowance.
Company phone and marketing support.
Annual performance.

Pay: $48, $65,000.00 per year
