What You'll Do:

• Coordinate project plans, materials, and schedules from start to finish.
• Lead cross-functional teams of contractors and vendors.
• Monitor quality, budget, and progress at each stage.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with all regulations.

Schedule & Location:
Full-time, on-site in Petoskey, MI. Monday–Friday.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in construction project management.
• Skilled in planning, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
