As a Veterinary Assistant, You Can Expect To…

• Work closely with our clients and their pets
• Assist veterinarians with physical examinations of pets
• Assist during surgical and dental procedures
• Assist technicians on day-to-day tasks
• Monitor vital signs of hospitalized pets
• Perform routine in-house laboratory work

In Order to Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need To…

• Be a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
• Possess excellent communication skills, both with coworkers and clients
• Be committed to delivering superior customer service to all patients and their people
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Consistently provide a clean and comfortable space for all patients

Important Job Requirements Include:

• Part-time or full-time hours
• Ability to work 9-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday
• Weekend shifts
• 2+ years of experience at a veterinary practice
