We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Engineering/Maintenance team at the
historic Marriott Syracuse Downtown

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day
Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained, including but not limited to:
- Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, etc., to maintain the hotel and keep the product quality standard.
- Perform preventative maintenance assignments as assigned.
- Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.

You're quite handy and some people may even call you MacGyver from time to time. You understand the 24/7 hotel workplace and have a lot of flexibility in your schedule, especially during
evening hours and weekends
. You have experience performing sheetrock repairs, minor plumbing, minor electrical work and painting. You have a self-starting personality with an even disposition, can maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times & can communicate well with guests.
