Job Summary:
Have leadership experience or healthcare experience and looking for a change? Wanting to grow with a growing company? CURA health is looking for a AIT to learn and grow as they get their LNHA. Must have a 4 year.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility's operations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient environment
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and maintain care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide necessary medical care
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting and billing processes
- Collaborate with families and residents to address concerns or issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home or memory care facility
- Strong knowledge of resident rights, dementia care, and senior care practices
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, billing processes, and financial records
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual needs
- Experience in operations management within a healthcare setting is a plus
- Familiarity with home care services and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial

Pay: $40, $55,000.00 per year
