Role Description

Ebb & Flow is looking to hire a full time motivated, and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) or Behavior Technician (BT) with a love and inspiration to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. RBTs work one on one to provide ABA therapy to children with the support and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ebb & Flow is a clinic-based provider where the technicians foster a family like environment and enjoy coming to work daily. We follow the direction of the client and maximize on their most reinforcing items to provide learning and social skill opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members.
  • Educational background or experience in Psychology or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and adaptive when working with clients of diverse needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain it within a designated time frame.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work in a team and follow supervisor guidance.
