What You'll Do

• Greet patients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Manage a high-volume schedule (check-ins, check-outs, reschedules)
• Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and courteously
• Educate patients on services, memberships, and promotions
• Collect payments, process deposits, and manage POS systems
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Support providers and ensure smooth daily clinic flow
• Handle multiple tasks calmly in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Naturally friendly with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable discussing aesthetics, wellness, and pricing
• Tech-savvy (EMR systems, scheduling software, POS, texting platforms)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Able to multitask without getting overwhelmed
• A team player who takes ownership and initiative

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, or medical office
• Experience with cash-pay healthcare or luxury service environments
• Sales or customer service background is a plus
