We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of guest areas, service corridors, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Assist with floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms and public spaces as needed
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering clean linens, towels, and other materials efficiently across different hotel areas
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitization to ensure a hygienic environment
• Maintain cleanliness of service corridors, stairwells, and utility closets in compliance with safety standards
• Support industrial cleaning projects during scheduled deep-cleaning sessions or special events to uphold overall facility standards

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to hospitality environments such as carpet care and floor polishing
• Experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning demonstrates strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
• Housekeeping management experience is a plus for candidates interested in supervisory responsibilities
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is essential
