Gastro Health is seeking a Full-Time Infusion Supervisor to join our team

Infusion Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and performance of the non-clinical infusion support team. This role is

responsible for supervising queue management, task execution, and communication across care centers to ensure a seamless

patient experience and efficient infusion services. The Infusion Supervisor will lead daily huddles, monitor workflow accuracy

through regular audits, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure team members meet performance metrics. This role also serves as a

key liaison between patients, providers, billing, and care centers, supporting the resolution of operational issues and facilitating

effective communication across all stakeholders.

Duties you will be responsible for:

  • Supervise non-clinical Infusion staff, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner, including but not limited to queue management and workload distribution
  • Facilitate and maintain daily huddle with non-clinical infusion staff
  • Hold team accountable to established metrics; realigning as necessary to meet goals
  • Conduct bi-weekly team audits to ensure workflow accuracy
  • Weekly reporting as requested by Infusion team
  • Provide continuous care center communication and in-services, as needed or requested
  • Assist patients with questions and/or concerns
  • Resolve operational issues; communicate and escalate issues to leadership appropriately
  • Assist billing team with claim issues or questions
  • Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, care centers, and payors regarding patients' care and treatment
  • Reflects dedication to serving internal and external customers including medical staff, care center personnel, and patients.
  • Participates in department Quality Improvement activities
  • Performs in a manner consistent with the mission and core values of Gastro Health
  • Adheres to Corporate Compliance initiatives
  • Maintains high professional and ethical standards as evidenced by successful completion of core competencies, clinical

competencies, and behavior standards

Requirements:

  • BA or equivalent preferred
  • 3-5 years of Health Care experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with physicians, physician office staff, and Leadership team
