Responsibilities

• Provide overnight personal care and assistance to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitor patients' health status and vital signs during overnight shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Follow individualized care plans accurately and document observations.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals about client needs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in client condition during overnight hours.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in senior or home healthcare, caregiving, or assisted living environments.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and medication administration.
• Compassionate nature with excellent observational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Experience working with clients who have dementia or memory care needs is preferred.
• Valid certifications in first aid and CPR are required.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
