Quality Inspector

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the production process.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
• Assist with nonconforming product investigations, CAPAs and customer complaints.
• Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the creation and or revisions of SOPs.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Collaborating closely with personnel at all levels to become a subject matter expert in departmental processes.
• Driving and supporting projects to help develop and improve processes.
• Document inspection results and prepare reports for management review.
• All other duties, as required.

Experience

• Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality control measures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
