Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patient Service Representative located in Milwaukee, WI, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing phone communications, verifying insurance information, and utilizing medical terminology knowledge. The role will involve working in a medical office setting to provide excellent service and maintain efficient patient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and effective Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Insurance Verification and handling related documentation
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and understanding of medical processes
• Familiarity with Medical Office operations and practices
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a background in healthcare is a plus
