Customer Service Representative

The Big Task
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands the power of a warm welcome, a calm voice, and a well-handled call. If you take pride in delivering five-star service, thrive under pressure, and believe every customer interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day — this is your next great role.
Key Sub Tasks

• Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
• Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.  
• Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls.
• Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information.
• Make outbound calls.
• Be available for On-Call duties.

• Highly motivated – friendly, composed, and confident on the phone.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• A problem solver with analytical skills.
• A great communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competent: proficient with computer and phone systems.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Two years' proven track record in customer service, preferred.
