These schemes are valued £10m - £60m and all have complicated facades / roof extensions, major internal changes and exquisite finishes, and this role requires someone with some expertise in these areas. Responsibilities
Work on design management for high-profile London projects valued £10m - £60m, with complex facades, roof extensions and major internal changes. Collaborate with DMs, Architects & Structural Engineers to develop fully developed designs. Engage with clients and supply chain to ensure project quality and timely delivery. Qualifications / Experience
Background in architecture or structural engineering. Experience in design management on large-scale schemes, particularly luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, and iconic venues. Strong understanding of facades, roof extensions and high-quality finishes. What the business offers
