Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced, UK-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound efforts across cold calling and LinkedIn. This is a full-time, remote role focused on opening doors and creating qualified opportunities within B2B technology environments. You’ll work closely with senior consultants, helping to build pipeline by engaging the right people with the right message without a spray-and-pray approach. What You'll Be Doing
Outbound prospecting via cold calling and LinkedIn Engaging IT Managers, Heads of IT, CIOs and senior business decision-makers Booking qualified discovery meetings for senior consultants Running structured outreach sequences (calls, LinkedIn and follow-ups) Maintaining accurate activity and outcomes in the CRM Providing feedback on messaging, objections and market response to refine outreach What We're Looking For
1–3+ years’ experience as an SDR / BDR / Outbound Sales Representative in B2B (tech or SaaS preferred) Confident cold caller with proven objection-handling experience Strong LinkedIn outreach capability beyond basic connection requests Professional, articulate and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders Self-motivated and effective working remotely UK-based with a solid understanding of the UK business landscape Why Join Us
