Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong leadership and team management skills WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration Passion for sales and achieving results Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics Continuous learning and adaptability The salary range for this position is ($102100-153000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
