divh2Content Engineering Position/h2pContent Engineering is a horizontal function in the Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) that shapes AI product experiences through content strategy, prompt engineering, and creative execution. Sitting at the intersection of creative content and directing large-language model behavior, content engineers partner closely with technical, product, and design teams to build and ship products from lab to production, across different modalities and mediums. They serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders working across AI on priority product initiatives, and aim to build experiences that entertain, inform and delight./ppMSL is seeking an experienced content engineeror a candidate with adjacent experienceto join the team to lead editorial direction and operational evidence of success.
